Deliverables: Proposed new identity and brand hierarchy, customer and brand research, strategic positioning and proposition, brand expression, brandmark and literature guidelines, image library rationalisation, photography, corporate, B2B, B2C and internal literature.

RWE Thames Water approached us as they were struggling to assert their brand. Research found it to be uncommunicative and reactive, resulting in diminished loyalty and lost virtues.

A new proposition, promise and set of brand values were established, allowing us to focus a new positioning for them and clear vision providing greater clarity, focus and customer engagement. After developing of a set of brand guidelines we recommended a distinctive hierarchy for their corporate, B2B, customer and internal marketing material. Using this hierarchy and guidelines we went on to support RWE Thames Water in producing numerous communications helping to readjust people’s perceptions of the brand.
