Powergen had created a distinctive visual language, however research found their message had become ‘confused, cluttered and repetitive.’ The brand lacked focus and was losing impact.

The company commissioned us to move the brand forward towards a style that had clarity and freshness. We rationalised their brand equities to create more simplified and focused customer communications, resulting in definitive retail communication and affinity partnership guidelines. Together these efficiently managed the brand’s appearance, tone of voice and dialogue with the customer.

More recently we designed and implemented a suite of literature and packaging to support the test launch of their forthcoming mobile phone offer.
